Building a new home is one of the most significant things you’ll ever do. At Hannon Constructions, we take that seriously. We work with architecturally designed plans and high-specification briefs, managing every trade, every detail, and every decision with the same care we put into our own home.

We are hands-on throughout — not a company that wins the job and hands it off. You’ll deal with us directly from the first conversation to the day you get your keys.

All structural work engineered and certified to Australian standards. We don't cut corners, on compliance, on materials, or on finish.

Timber features, stone benchtops, custom joinery, matte and textured surfaces, we work with premium materials and the trades who know how to use them properly.

Ryan responds to all enquiries personally and is your point of contact throughout. You won't be handed off to someone who wasn't at the initial meeting.

We build with long-term performance in mind. Insulation, glazing, orientation, and passive design principles that reduce running costs from day one.

Not at all. We’re happy to talk at any stage — whether you have a full set of architectural drawings or just an idea of what you want. Ryan can advise on what’s realistic for your block and budget, and point you toward designers or architects if needed.

What areas do you build in?

We’re based in the Hawkesbury and work across the Hills District and wider Sydney basin. If you’re not sure whether we cover your area, just get in touch and we’ll let you know.

How long does a new home build typically take?

Every project is different depending on the size, complexity, and approvals required. Ryan will give you a realistic timeline upfront — and keep you informed if anything changes during the build.

Do you work with owner-builders or just full builds?

We typically manage the complete build, but we’re open to discussing different arrangements. Reach out and we can talk through what works best for your situation.
